Our Story

Willspan began with a simple conviction: food should taste like food. We source, grow, and curate open-pollinated heirloom seed varieties selected for flavor, not shelf life — the kinds of tomatoes, beans, and greens your grandparents actually remember eating.

What We Do

We track down rare and regionally significant varieties from small farms, seed banks, and home gardeners across the country. Each variety is trialed, grown out, and hand-packed in small batches so you get fresh seed — not warehouse stock sitting for years.
